What happens to your data?
WE COLLECTYour email. Your policy PDF. The facts you confirm from it.
WE SHAREOnly group numbers, from 10 or more households. Never one home's data.
WE NEVERSell your data. Train AI on it by default. Keep your PDF against your wishes.
Will insurers, or anyone, see my information? No. Your name, street address, and policy number stay in your vault. If you join the pool, your home appears only inside group numbers: ranges across 10 or more households, under a random household ID. That ID is not made from your name or address, so it cannot be traced back to you.
Does AI train on my policy? No, not by default. The AI reads your PDF to draft your record, the way a person would read it to fill out a form. Reading is not training. Your document is never used to teach the model unless you turn that on yourself.
How do I know the AI read it right?Every fact shows the exact words and page it came from. No source, no fact. You confirm everything before it counts, and anything you question is re-read by a person, usually within a day. If a PDF carries hidden text meant to trick automated readers, we ignore it, tell you, and have a person check.
How long do you keep things?Your PDF: deleted after your review, unless you choose to keep it. Your record: yours until you delete it. Your part of the group numbers: gone from all future stats within 24 hours of you leaving the pool. Copies in encrypted backups age out within 30 days.
01
One policy, verified
A neighbor uploads their policy and checks what we read. Every value is matched to its page, letter for letter, or reviewed by a person.
02
Only what's permitted leaves
If they join the pool, their limits and deductibles leave the vault as: ZIP + home type + build decade. Never a name, never a street.
03
Ten households make a stat
At 10 or more, we publish ranges and medians only. Never single homes, never the highest or lowest.
04
Leaving takes a day
Revoke anytime. Your numbers are out of the next nightly update, within 24 hours.
What VERIFIED means: every published number traces to a household that accepted its own record. Flagged values drop out until a person resolves them.
At any time, you can:
change your permissions·leave the pool·download your record·delete everything
